  • How do I wash my SquirtPad?
    Machine wash your SquirtPad on the Normal cycle using Warm water. Only use Non-Chlorine Bleach when needed. Use an Extra Rinse cycle when needed. Dry on Medium heat. Do not use fabric softener, brighteners, washing soda, oils, perfumes, or dyes as they can damage the waterproof liner. For easy reference, there are also instructions on the back of the black tag on the pad.
  • What kind of lubricant should I use while using my SquirtPad?
    Water-based lubes are your best bet to keep from staining your SquirtPad. We love using coconut oil though and it washes out fine. :)
  • What size is the SquirtPad® Standard?
    Our SquirtPad® is 50inX50in LxW and fits well on a queen size bed.
  • What size is the SquirtPad® XL?
    Our SquirtPad® XL is 68inX58in LxW and fits well on a king/california king bed. Also great at covering large surfaces like the floor.
  • What size is the SquirtPad® Solo?
    Our SquirtPad® Solo is 32inX32in LxW. When it’s folded up, it can fit in small bags!
  • What are your SquirtPads made of?
    Our SquirtPad® is Free of PFAS & PFOA & is manufactured without any harmful chemicals or finishes. Top Layer: 100% Polyester Middle Absorbent Layer: Blend of Cotton/Tencel®/Bamboo with polyester nylon Bottom Waterproof/Non-slip Layer: 75% Polyester 25% Polyurethane
  • Where are SquirtPads made?
    The SquirtPad materials are sourced in the U.S. then handmade and shipped with care out of San Diego, CA.
  • Where else can I buy Squirtopia products?
    Our products are available exclusively on our website... for now ;)
  • The SquirtPad® I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
    We re-stock our SquirtPads ASAP. Enter your email on the SquirtPad page to be notified of a restock. If you have a specific question about product availability, please contact us.
  • I’m ready to buy, but I’m having trouble checking out. What do I do?
    Please contact us and we’ll be happy to guide you through step-by-step.
  • Does Squirtopia have a store I can visit?
    Squirtopia is exclusively online... for now ;)
  • Which methods of payment are accepted?
    We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. We also accept Afterpay, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Afterpay allows you to split your purchase into 4 easy interest-free payments. PayPal can be used to check out as normal or you can use PayPal Pay in 4 to split your purchase into 4 easy interest-free payments. Apple Pay allows to you check out easilly from any Apple device.
  • What will it say on my credit card statement when I place an order at Squirtopia?
    Your purchase will show up as being processed by “Squirtopia”. No details included about what you’re purchasing.
  • I don’t live in the U.S. Can I convert the currency from US Dollars?
    All of our products are currently shown and charged in US Dollars. If you're purchasing from outside the US, your bank or credit card company will convert the cost into your currency when it appears on your statement.
  • Is it possible to use more than one promo code per order?
    Only one promo code can be used at a time.
  • When will my order arrive?
    All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping time depends on your delivery area; however, most orders placed for delivery in the US will take 3-5 business days and most orders placed Internationally will take 3-10 business days. It is possible that there could be delays in shipping due to a high volume of orders or due to circumstances outside of our control. If there are any delays or issues with the shipment of your item(s) we will contact you.
  • Do you offer discreet shipping?
    Yes we do! :) All SquirtPads are shipped in a white polymailer without any company branding. Your package will say from "Customer Service". *NOTE* Discreet shipping does not apply to merch, only SquirtPad® orders.
  • Do you ship Internationally?
    Yes we do! :)
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping costs vary depending on your shipping destination and order size. At checkout you will see a real time calculation of your estimated shipping costs.
  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
    We do!
  • I never received a confirmation email, was my order processed?
    Please check your spam/junk email to see if you’ve received an email from us there (from hello@mysquirtopia.com). If you don’t see your confirmation email, please contact us promptly at hello@mysquirtopia.com with your order number and the word ‘HELP’ in the email subject line.
  • How can I track my order?
    Your tracking number is sent to you promptly after your product has shipped, please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active once you receive it.
  • My shipping address is incorrect, how do I fix it?
    If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect after checking out, please promptly contact us at hello@squirtopia.com with your correct shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Once an order ships with an incorrect shipping address, it will be non-deliverable and will be returned to us. We will either refund you for your order minus the cost of shipping or ask that you pay to re-ship your order.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Since SquirtPads come in contact with body parts and/or fluid, they are non-returnable and non-resealable. Once these items are shipped, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
  • What is your exchange policy?
    Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges. Since SquirtPads come in contact with body parts and/or fluid, they are non-exchangeable and non-resealable. Once these items are shipped, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be exchanged.
  • What if an item arrives damaged?
    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@mysquirtopia.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
  • Can I modify/cancel my order after placing it?
    Orders placed with us are processed and labelled ASAP. Once you checkout, shipping methods cannot be modified or canceled.
  • I received a different size/color SquirtPad® from what I ordered, what do I do?
    Please promptly contact us at hello@mysquirtopia.com with your order number. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label and additional instructions to send the incorrect size/color SquirtPad back to us. Once we receive your incorrect size/color SquirtPad, we will ship you a SquirtPad of the correct size/color.
