Because our products are intimate and personal, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges—even if unused/unopened. We do this to ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards for all our customers. We appreciate your understanding!

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t working properly, email us at hello@squirtopia.com within 30 days. Just include your order number, a photo, and a quick note—we’ll take care of you.

🎨 Received the Wrong Item?

Oops! If we sent the wrong size or color, let us know right away. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and make sure the correct item is on its way to you.
