📦 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We’re not responsible for incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned due to an address error, we can:
• Refund your order minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee, or
• Reship it if you cover the new shipping cost.
🚚 Shipping & Processing Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and location.
• Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after 1–2 business days of processing.
• International Shipping:

Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days after 1–2 business days of processing.
📬 Tracking & Delays
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email. If delays occur due to high volume or external factors, we’ll reach out directly.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@squirtopia.com with your order number.
📦 Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, email hello@squirtopia.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a fair resolution.
🌍 International Orders (DDU)
We ship internationally* with Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means VAT/duties are not included at checkout and are your responsibility upon delivery. We cannot estimate those fees.
