Returns Not Permitted*

*In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at hello@squirtopia.com with details of the product, a picture, and the defect.​​ Products that are deemed defective by us must be returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. After 30 days, we cannot issue a refund.

Ensure your shipping address is correct prior to checking out. If your order is unable to make it to you due to an incorrect shipping address, we will either refund you for your order minus the cost of shipping plus a 20% restocking fee or ask that you pay to re-ship your order to the correct address.
