Return and Exchange Policy

1. Returns Not Permitted​

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot offer returns. Since SquirtPads come in contact with body parts and/or fluid, they are non-returnable and non-resealable. Once these items are shipped, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.​

2. Exchanges Not Permitted*​

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges. Since SquirtPads come in contact with body parts and/or fluid, they are non-exchangeable. Once these items are shipped, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be exchanged.​

*In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at hello@squirtopia.com with details of the product, a picture, and the defect.​​

*If you have received a SquirtPad that is a different size and/or color than you ordered, please promptly contact us at hello@squirtopia.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and additional instructions to send the incorrect SquirtPad back to us. Once we receive your incorrect SquirtPad, we will ship you a SquirtPad of the correct size and/or color.
